Payment Plan Agreement
I am enrolling in the Soul Spark Speaking Activation with a total program investment of $5,555.00, payable in six (6) monthly installments of $925.83.
By selecting the payment plan and completing my purchase, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Commitment to Full Payment
I understand that my enrollment reserves a place for me in this transformational experience. By choosing the payment plan, I am committing to the full program investment of $5,555.00, regardless of my level of participation or completion of the program.
Payment Authorization
I authorize Vibrant Body and Soul LLC to process my monthly payments according to the payment schedule associated with this purchase using the payment method I provide.
I agree to maintain a valid payment method and ensure that each scheduled payment is successfully processed.
Payment Responsibility
I understand that all payments are due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Any payment not received within 30 days of its due date, without prior arrangements being made, may result in suspension of my access to the program, coaching, events, and related benefits until my account is brought current. The facilitator is not responsible for providing make-up coaching, events, speaking opportunities, or other program benefits missed during a period of nonpayment.
Refund & Transfer Policy
I understand that all sales are final and refunds are not available.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Stephanie Schoolmeester may, at her sole discretion, allow my investment to be applied toward another program or experience. Such accommodations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Dispute Waiver
I certify that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and agree not to dispute charges that are processed in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Acknowledgment
By submitting my payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Payment Plan Agreement. I understand that I am responsible for the full program investment of $5,555.00.
