- Morning Soul Soaking, Breakfast, morning Energetic Soul Alignment Session, Lunch is served as a group, Soul Flow time to just be/integrate, Afternoon/ Evening Energetic Session, dinner, Cacao Ceremony, Dance, Fire Ceremony, late night soul soak and sauna.
*Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided.
Day 3:
- Morning Soul Soaking, Breakfast, morning movement/yoga, morning Energetic Soul Alignment Session, Lunch is served as a group, Soul Flow time to just be/integrate, Afternoon/ Evening Energetic Session, dinner, Closing Fire Ceremony /Enchanted Bonfire Ball
- Late night soaking and sauna time.

Day 4:
- Morning Soul Soaking, Breakfast, morning movement/yoga, closing circle, Lunch is served as a group. Retreat ends after lunch. Feel free to stay and soak, enjoy spa services while you integrate our soul fulfilling weekend.

Immerse yourself in mindful movement practices like yoga, dance, and soulflow movements, enabling you to connect more deeply with your body, mind, and soul, and release pent-up energy, allowing you to flow effortlessly.

- Cacao Ceremony
Join in a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony to create space for receiving and letting go.

Soak in hot springs and saunas to ground yourself and establish a profound connection with your inner self.

Enjoy plenty of downtime each day to nurture your soul. Options include soaking, sauna, hiking, walking the labyrinth, or indulging in spa services (available for an additional cost) during your Freedom Soul Flow time.
